What is Monumental?

When his documentary Monumental was being released, actor and producer Kirk Cameron shared a little about the movie with Home Educating Family.

As a producer, Kirk Cameron enjoys making movies. But he did not approach Monumental as a movie-maker. Instead, he approached it as a concerned father of six. He looked around him and saw a world in financial and spiritual debt. His desire was to dig into history and discover what made the United States the free, strong, secure, and blessed nation it once was. Would it be possible to return to that foundation?

Monumental follows Kirk’s exploration of the Pilgrims and their route from oppression to the foundation of this nation.
